It was a pleasure to work with Sandy Norris on purchasing a house in Kingston. He was knowledgeable through and through, explaining to us each property’s strengths, weaknesses, and future prospects. In bidding wars, he provided honest, objective valuations and advised against overbidding. He ended up finding for us an off-market opportunity and negotiated a fair price. We were impressed by his dedication in making himself available to us throughout the day and week in a timely, friendly, and energetic manner.

We moved into our first home recently. We worked with Sandy Norris and found him to be very professional, punctual and hard-working. He always does his homework in advance and comes prepared for a viewing. If we had any questions, he made sure to update us with the answers. We never had to follow-up with him. As first time homebuyers in a hot sellers' market, it is easy to feel intimidated by the whole process. We always felt assured that we were working with a highly knowledgeable realtor on our side. He provided honest findings and thoughts about the properties we viewed. Not only does he identify issues, if any, with the property, but helps us understand the root cause and suggests the solution/fix for it. Sandy was never pushy in regards to sales. He dedicated the time to us during every viewing. Provided us honest advice when we asked for it and gave us the space to feel a property and to decide on whether to make an offer or not. Sandy provided us an amazing client experience. Our closing date was 4 months away from the offer acceptance date. During our final walkthrough, Sandy did a mini home inspection and found a major issue and he worked with the seller's realtor to have it fixed the same day. He went in the very next morning (also our closing day) to check if the issue was resolved and kept us posted. He has always been there for us through the months of our house hunt, waiting period for closing and even after closing. We only have great things to say about Sandy. We would love to work with him again when we are ready to buy another property. If you are a homebuyer, it costs you nothing to work with the best realtor.
