Wolfe Island

The largest of the Thousand Islands, Wolfe Island is located at the entrance to the St. Lawrence River south of Kingston and is named after British general Wolfe. Recognized from a distance by its 80+ wind turbines, the island is accessible by ferry from both Canada and the United States and is also a popular cycling destination.
